SUITABLE FOR:
\nSuitable for fast, strong and invisible repair of many materials, such as pottery, porcelain, glass, leather, wood, stone, metal, ceramics. Both with themselves and in combination.<\/p>\n
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
\nNot suitable for Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and silicone rubber.<\/p>\n
BEFORE USE:
\nWorking conditions
\nRecommended application at temperatures between +10 \u00b0C and +35 \u00b0C. Product cures by mixing the resin and hardener.<\/p>\n
Personal safety:
\nPreferably wear gloves.<\/p>\n
Surface requirements:
\nThe surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.<\/p>\n
Preliminary surface treatment:
\nDegrease parts to be bonded with denatured alcohol. Roughen smooth surfaces (sandpaper).<\/p>\n
Tools:
\nClean tools immediately after use with warm water and soap.<\/p>\n
Mixture ratio:
\n1:1<\/p>\n
Coverage:
\n1 ml = approx 10 cm\u00b2 at a film thickness of 1 mm<\/p>\n
DURING USE:
\nHandling of packaging
\nRemove the spatula from the side of the double syringe, and the closure cap from the handle. Break the seal of the double syringe.<\/p>\n
Directions for use:
\nInject both components in equal volume quantities in the mixing bowl. Next, mix the adhesive thoroughly with the supplied spatula until a homogenous mass is obtained. The mixture can, at room temperature (20 \u00b0C), be processed for about 5 minutes. Apply adhesive immediately after mixing on both parts. Join parts immediately and press firmly. The functional strength is reached after 20 min, final bonding strength after 12 h (both at room temperature).<\/p>\n
Advice:
\nSome types of synthetics can not be joined such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Use a piece of adhesive tape in order to keep the parts in place while the adhesive is curing.<\/p>\n
Points of attention:
\nAfter use close well (note: always place back the cap in the same way, due to the bonding of the cap to the double syringe). For optimum performance it is important to create a larger amount of adhesive and mix it very well. Curing time depends on the temperature. Adhesive does not cure below +5 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
AFTER USE:
\nStains\/residue:
\nRemove wet stains immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.<\/p>\n
Storage conditions:
